Use:

Section clean, wet hair and apply the mask generously. Use a wide-toothed comb to distribute evenly from root to tip. Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For extra conditioning, cover hair with a plastic cap. Apply on moderate heat for up to 30 minutes. When using a helmet, do not cover hair. The moist heat will add to the mask's hydration.
